An international nutritionist from Canada, Dr. Glinski, developed the formula O&M™ uses today.

He had this formula for a number of years, but could not interest the pet food companies to manufacture the food because of the cost. Using their present food distribution system, the cost would have been too high for the average consumer to purchase.

With all this in place, O&M™ decided to produce and market the food.

At the onset, O&M™ went to Dr. Tobin, a past president of the Holistic Veterinarians Association, and asked him to be their spokesperson.
